Bistro Menu

In the San Francisco Bay Area, we are lucky to have a number of French-style bistros. Our chefs love to play with typical bistro menus. Here’s an example that is really delicious. Please check terms for costs.

STARTERS

Radishes with sweet butter

Duck rilletes with baguettes

Hard cooked eggs on braised leeks and carrots with watercress sauce

Warm puffs filled with snails with parsley garlic butter

Steamed artichoke halves with aioli

BUFFET

Duck baked with green olives over white beans

Roasted whole, glazed baby carrots

Frisee salad tossed with confit with duck gizzards, grapes and a red wine dressing

DESSERTS

Apple tart tatin with crème fraiche
