For your next party or event, you might want to consider offering tapas, those delightful
little dishes of Spain. With a selection of tapas on hand, guests can nibble a bit of this and
a bit of that, picking and choosing what they like. AWC offers a number of traditional as well
as innovative tapas dishes. Many recipes were gathered in Spain, while researching for her books,
"To the Heart of Spain," and "Tapas." Traditionally, tapas are divided into hot
and cold selections. Here is a sampling of tapas to choose from. We can also offer
