Mixed grill (Choose all or just what you want)

Marinated and grilled chicken, hanger steaks, local sustainable fish and baby back ribs

A few sauces for the grilled foods:

Romesco: roasted almond and pepper sauce from the Spanish Mediterranean

Peanut cilantro sauce

Regional BBQ sauces (our chef’s specialty: North Carolina style)

New potato salad with fresh herbs and baked garlic balsamic dressing

Sweet and sour coleslaw

Black bean and bell pepper salad with cumin dressing

Grilled corn on the cob with ancho chile lime butter

Wedges of watermelon

Platter of cookies
