Tapas and Paella Dinner




TAPAS PASSED ON TRAYS

• Grilled chicken skewers passed with orange mint allioli

• Catalan style braised spinach with pine nuts and raisins, served with goat cheese tartlets

• Serrano ham and pea croquetas

• Date, blue cheese and Spanish chorizo empanadillas



TABLE TAPAS (some will be preset, while others will be brought to the table "poco a poco")

• Marinated mushrooms

• Romesco

• Allioli

• Crusty breads

• Roasted new potatoes with salsa brava

• Spanish eggplant crostini

• Roasted garlic soup shots



DINNER (We plate the paella and serve to the tables. If there are still uneaten tapas on the tables, they will be left there for later nibbling.)

• Paella: saffron scented rice cooked with sofrito, chorizo, chicken, clams, calamares, mussels, and shrimp

• Vegetarian paellas are available upon request

• Hearts of romaine with sherry dressing, olives and toasted almonds
