STATION I: ASIAN

Assorted vegetable maki sushi with wasabi-soy dip and pickled ginger

Wonton chips with Chinese cloudear mushroom salsa


STATION II: SPANISH

Tortilla Española: classic potato and caramelized onion "frittata"

Marinated mushrooms

Orange and fennel marinated olives

Grilled seasonal vegetables with romesco, a red bell pepper and almond sauce


STATION III: ITALIAN

Crostini with assorted toppings:

White bean and fresh marjoram

Italian sweet and sour eggplant

Spinaci raviolone: cheese and spinach pasta roll, sliced and baked with browned sage butter

Heirloom tomato salad with two basil dressing and marinated mozzarella boccacini


STATION IV: MIDDLE EASTERN

Vegetable moussaka

Minty taboullah salad

Cracker bread served with hummus and babaganoush

Dolmas stuffed with rice, apricots, raisins and dill
